Godrevy Lighthouse, St Ives Bay, Cornwall

Built in 1899 James Stevens No.10 served as the St Ives Lifeboat from 1900 to 1933 saving 225 lives in those years. Now lovingly and carefully restored our historical boat trip offers a chance to explore the bay and its most famous landmark on a truly iconic vessel.

Constructed in the late 1850s to warn mariners of the dangers of the Stones Reef, Godrevy Lighthouse stands 26 metres tall on a small island just off the shoreline near the North Cliffs. We love seeing the common dolphins and sightings have been great this year, they're not always playful but when they bow ride with us it's always special. #seals #wildlifephotography #wildliferescue #cornwall #sealife #animalrescue #seasafari #dolphin
