You need to arrive to the office at Smetons Pier A MINIMUM OF 30 MINUTES before your boat departure time to allow you to get your ticket and walk to the departure point, a 10 minute walk away. We advise that you leave around two hours for finding a parking space and getting to the check-in office.
Please check available spaces on trips before booking. A maximum of 12 only. One space equals one person. Children 13 years and over must be booked in as adults.
